Structural Glazing is basically organized into 3 Groups they are as follows :
Unitized Glazing system.
Semi Unitized Glazing System.
Conventional Stick Glazing System.
1. Unitized Glazing System :-
This system is generally applicable for very High Rise Building & Tower. In this system 70% of work is carried out in factory.
2. Semi Unitized Glazing System :-
This system is most widely used. In this system 50% work is done at site. In this system vertical mullion & horizontal Transome are installed by means of
MS Bracket which are anchored to column/slabs and in this system there will not be any aluminium member visible from outside. You will see a groove running horizontally & vertically in this system glass is held by means of structural sealant
3. Conventional Stick Glazing System:-
In this system vertical mullion & horizontal transom are installed on MS Bracket which are anchored to column/slabs cut to size glass is fixed by the means of pressure plate & cover cap is installed on pressure plate for asthetic. In the above System 90% of work is executed at site. This is the cheapest mode of glazing wherein you can see aluminium member from outside.

Spider Glazing is generally of 3 types:-
Fins System Glazing
Truss System
Tension Rod System
Spider glazing is generally installed in a Areas where maximum visibility is required and the systems are chosen based upon the height opening available.
Spiders are generally made by standard manufacture such as Dorma, Hafle, Ozone and others

Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (ACP) is a widely-used term, describing flat panels that consist of a non-aluminum core bonded between two aluminium sheets. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding of buildings (building facades). The main advantage of ACP is that, it is very rigid and strong, despite of its light weight. Due to the ability of painting the aluminium in any colour.
ACPs are produced in a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colours as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble. Applications of ACPs are not limited to building's external cladding; they can be used in any cladding application, partitions, false ceilings etc.
We are widely well renowned as one of the prominent Aluminum Composite Panels Exporters from India due to the best quality of our Aluminum Composite Metal Panels. Aluminium composite panel are available in various thickness and various brands.
ACP sheet are excellent in finish and are PVDF coated which is up to 35 micron, ACP sheet are having very good weather resistance. ACP sheet are cladded on aluminium frame which are installed by means of MS Bracket and ACP sheet are installed on aluminium framing by converting the ACP sheet in its tray form by means of rivet and other
Advantages of ACP sheet are :
Weather Resistance
Evenness in colour
Fire Resistance
Very Good Strength
Easy Maintenance

We use aluminum to provide a virtually maintenance-free exterior that resists the elements. Its high-definition details and versatility gives us the ability to provide any color you can imagine in practically any shape. Our pioneering process of extruding the aluminum gives you a thicker, stronger cladding than many of our competitors.
Light yet strong, aluminum windows and doors can be configured into a wide variety of combinations. The narrowness of the frame places the focus on the glass and subsequently, the view it offers. Multi-panel door systems are often made with aluminum frames to facilitate indoor/outdoor living. Glaze Tecno aluminum frames are available in anodized or baked-on finishes for long lasting color. Sealed, mechanically joined corners stay square and true over years of use.
